Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your purchase.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we'll contact you using the email provided at checkout.
Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and selected shipping method.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow the carrier time to update tracking after your package has been accepted.

Please note that shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update the address before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
If your package appears delayed, we recommend first checking the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Damaged Orders
We take great care in packaging every order.
If your book arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the shipping box or packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We'll review the situation promptly and work with you to make it right.
