Returns

Because books are easily damaged through normal use, we currently do not accept returns for change of mind.

Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your book arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Or you received the wrong item

please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Email us at [your email] with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging

We'll gladly send a replacement if appropriate.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows your package was lost in transit, please reach out and we'll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

If tracking shows the package was delivered but cannot be located, we recommend first checking with neighbors or your local carrier. We are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
